Write down all of the reasons why you want this license.

Create a list of “Things I want to Do After Licensure.”

Whenever I had to sacrifice something for study time, I would put that item on my list. Whenever I don’t want to study, I look at that list to remind myself that the quicker I get through these tests, the quicker I can enjoy those things.

Take a week-long break in between tests and plan

Take a week-long break in between tests and plan something fun—whether you pass or fail. Because even if you fail, you’re making progress.

Most importantly, enjoy what you are studying.

Most importantlyenjoy what you are studying. It’s actually pretty interesting. Everything you learn is practical and is going to help you in your everyday life. Be curious. Embrace the learning tangents. Not everybody has the privilege to learn and better themselves.

You have the discipline. You just need a plan.
